"In the present scarcity of Interpreters to conduct the judicial service with efficiency, Your Excellency the Governor has received a proposal from a young man named Yeung Wing, to undertake the duties of Interpreter to the Supreme Court at a salary of $75 a month.
Mr. Yeung's ultimate intention is to practice, if he be permitted, as an Attorney in the Court, and he therefore makes it a condition
